No Returns
As we provide digital and professional services rather than physical products, returns are not applicable. Once work has begun or a digital service has been delivered, it cannot be physically returned.

- Discount Bridge LLC is unable to begin or deliver the agreed service.
- A project is canceled before any work has started.

Project Cancellation
Clients may request to cancel a project before work begins. If cancellation occurs after work has started, Discount Bridge LLC reserves the right to charge for the work completed, time invested, and any third-party expenses already incurred.
Revisions Instead of Refunds
Our priority is customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the delivered work, we encourage you to contact us. Depending on the project scope and agreement, we may provide reasonable revisions to address concerns before considering any refund request.
Third-Party Costs
Payments made for third-party services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Domain registrations
- Web hosting
- Premium software licenses
- Advertising spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Third-party subscriptions
- API usage fees
- Premium plugins or themes
These charges are governed by the respective third-party providers.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Chargebacks
If you experience any issue with our services, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving concerns quickly and professionally.
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in the suspension or termination of services and may be subject to further review.
